I am a freelance graphic designer and artist who is passionate about social, economic, and climate justice. With 8 years of experience partnering with entrepreneurs, non-profits, and social justice philanthropy, I have found my groove working with folks where I can honestly say “your mission is my mission.” When my personal values are aligned with those of my clients’, I find myself motivated to create designs that will inspire people to pause — to think, to feel, and to act. I specialize in brand development, intuitive + engaging web design, and print.

My Story

I have always been a highly creative person and from the time I was young, was always painting, drawing, or making something with my hands. At Colorado State University, where I earned a BFA in Graphic Design, I continuously explored ways to combine traditional and new media — making acrylic paintings that would lend to digital campaigns, sculpting intricate figurines to photograph for an editorial spread, etc.

After graduating, I spent three years working at Moxy Group, a women-led consulting group that partnered with social justice & philanthropic organizations on fundraising, communications, and design projects. Here, I was responsible for the design needs of both Moxy and our clients. Starting under the art direction of the two Co-CEOs, I eventually progressed to leading design concept development and creation.

In 2019, I completed Chinook Fund’s Giving Project, where I worked with a diverse group of volunteers from all income levels to grow my skills in fundraising, grantmaking, and community building to mobilize resources for grassroots organizations in Colorado. This experience provided me with a new lens for understanding the non-profit ecosystem, a skill that proved greatly beneficial as I started my own freelance business the same year.

These experiences have honed my values as an an artist, a designer, and an activist:

I pour my heart into what I create and go the extra mile.

I believe in being bold and embracing creativity to
cut through the clutter in an age where we are overloaded with information.

I always strive to center my client's insights as they are the true experts on their own work.

My Dream Clients

My dream clients are individuals and groups of all different shapes and sizes whose work directly addresses or involves:

Social justice (racial justice/BIPOC rights, LGBTQ+ rights, immigrant rights, disability rights, criminal justice system reform)

Economic justice and workers rights

Environmental stewardship and climate action

Grassroots movement building

Transforming outdated philanthropic structures

Sliding-Scale Rates

I utilize a sliding-scale rate system which allows me to work with a variety of clients who share my values. My clients who have larger operating budgets and can pay the higher end of my scale help allow me to provide my services to entrepreneurs or start-ups with less financial resources. I provide time quotes before starting each project. Email me for my current rates and we'll find a number that feels good for both of us.
